“ALL BLACK LIVES MATTER”

We decided to create our presentation based off this topic because of how long it’s been going on and because kids our age have taken the time and have been brave enough to let their voices be heard.

“SAME LOVE” by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis

The song “Same Love,” by Macklemore & Ryan Lewis focuses on the LGBTQ + community. In the music video, it shows the storyline of a gay multiracial couple. It shows the struggles of those who are apart of the LGBTQ + community and what they have to go through. The song also talks about equal rights, and how a lot of people’s rights were stolen from them. We picked this song because we thought it can help inspire others to not be afraid to express themselves without being judged.
