Student-centered, grounded in partnership and focused on the needs of students, families and the school community, the Expanded Learning programs provide opportunities for youth to seek academic support, explore interest, and develop and solidify their leadership skills.

The Expanded Learning programs encourage youth to take risks and make mistakes while in a safe and nurturing environment. Youth and families recognize Expanded Learning programs as hubs for student productivity, safety, and wellness and access information on offerings and opportunities, powerful learning, integrated health and social supports, and authentic family and community engagement to develop students’ cognitive, social, emotional and civic capacities.
